6.6 Resetting the radio gateway to delivery status
The radio gateway is reset to the delivery status if the existing configuration is to be
deleted. For example, if the radio gateway is to occupy another basic channel.

Resetting the radio gateway to delivery status
An existing configuration is deleted.

Only reset the radio gateway to its delivery status if the existing configuration
can be deleted.
Procedure:

The FDnet detector line is switched off.
1. Unlock the housing cover of the radio gateway on the face side using a pin.
2. Remove the housing cover.
3. Unplug the battery plug connection for at least 10 seconds.
4. Then re-insert the battery plug connection.

Wait for green LED to flash quickly.
5. Briefly press the button in the radio gateway while the green LED is flashing.

The radio gateway is initialized and returns to configuration operation. This
is indicated by the red and green LEDs flashing slowly in turn.

A free basic channel is automatically looked for and the result displayed:
– channel found: Green LED flashing slowly
– no channel found: Red LED flashing slowly
6. Now log the radio detector on to the radio gateway.
