4. Installing the Cheek Pads
Before installing the cheek pads, check that the
3 snaps are in the positions shown in the
Drawing 13.
Identify the right and left sides and insert the
rear section of the cheek pad plate in the space
between the shell and the impact absorbing
liner. Fit plate notch (b) securely in the boss of
the cheek pad bracket (B) (Drawing 14). Then
insert the plate so that it faces forward. Take
notch (a) in the front of the plate and fit it
securely into the boss (Drawing 15).
After the plate is inserted, pass the chinstrap
through the hollow section of the cheek pad
(Drawing 16). Fasten the snaps in

order, by pressing the head of the snaps firmly
from the pad side until they click in place.
Lastly, press the corner (A) of the pad as
shown in the Drawing 17 and fit the cheek pad
plate securely into the boss of the cheek pad
base. Install the other cheek pad in the same
manner.
4. Mise en place des coussinets maxillaires
Avant d’installer les coussinets maxillaires,
vérifiez que les 3 pressions sont bien aux
endroits indiqués sur la figure 13.
Identifiez les cotés droit et gauche des mousses
de
joues, et insérez premièrement les
crochets arrières
dans l’espace entre le
calotin et la coque. Fixez
l’encoche (b)
fermement dans l’emplacement arrière prévu à
cet effet (figure 14). Insérez ensuite l’embase
des joue (lamelle plastique) jusqu’à l’encoche
frontale (a), puis appuyez sur l’encoche (a)
jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit fermement fixée.
Une fois la plaque insérée, passez ensuite la
jugulaire dans la fente du coussinet maxillaire
(figure 16). Fixez les ergots de

en
pressant la tête de l’ergot du côté du coussinet
jusqu’à entendre un déclic. Appuyez enfin sur
le coin (A) du coussinet comme indiqué sur la
figure 17 et insérez correctement la plaque du
coussinet maxillaire dans le bossage du
support du coussinet maxillaire. Mettez en
place l’autre coussinet maxillaire de la même
manière.

1. Installing the Chinstrap Covers
A chinstrap cover is interchangeable right and left. Pass
the chinstrap through a chinstrap cover and snap each
other until you hear it clicks.
2. Installing the Center Pad
Insert the right and left sides of the front plate (Drawing 9).
Fit the plate’s rounded section in the notch in the center of
the center pad bracket that is attached to the helmet. Click
the 4 snaps in place (Drawing 10). Click the 2 snaps found
on the back plate in place (Drawing 11).
3. Installing the Ear Pads
The right and left ear pads are
designed to be used together. Press
ear pad section (A) between the
center pad and the impact absorbing
liner (Drawing 12). Insert the 3 clasps
of the ear pad in the notches of the
cheek pad base. Install the other ear
pad in the same manner.

Les protections de jugulaires droite et gauche sont
interchangeables. Passez la sangle jugulaire à travers la
protection et appuyez sur le bouton de pression jusqu’à
entendre le clic.
2. Mise en place du coussinet central
Insérez les côtés droit et gauche de la plaque avant
(figure 9). Insérez la partie arrondie de la plaque dans
l’encoche située au milieu de l’applique du coussinet
central attachée au casque. Appuyez sur les 4 pressions
(figure 10). Appuyez sur les 2 pressions
situées sur la plaque arrière (figure 11).
3. Mise en place des coussinets d’oreille
Les coussinets d’oreille droit et gauche sont
conçus pour être utilisés ensemble. Insérez
la partie du coussinet d’oreille (A) entre le
coussinet central et le rembourrage
d’amortissement (figure 12). Insérez les 3
attaches du coussinet d’oreille dans les encoches du
support du coussinet maxillaire. Mettez en place l’autre
coussinet d’oreille de la même manière.
