Easy Defrost Chicken Legs
Quantity:

Initial food Temp: -18° C, Frozen.
Procedure:
• Put the chicken legs on a plate.
• When the audible signal sounds, turn the chicken
legs over and re-arrange. Shield the defrosted
parts with aluminium foil if necessary.
• When the audible signal sounds, turn the chicken
legs over and shield again.
• After defrosting, let the chicken stand, wrapped in
aluminium foil for 10-30 minutes, until thoroughly
defrosted.
Easy Defrost Steak, Chops,
Fish Fillet
Quantity:
0,2 - 1,0 kg
Utensils:
(see note below.)
Increasing unit:
100g
Initial food Temp: -18° C, Frozen.
Procedure:
• Position the food on a plate in a single layer. If
portions are frozen together, try to separate before
defrosting.
• When the audible signal sounds, turn the food
over and re-arrange. Shield the defrosted parts
with aluminium foil if necessary.
• When the audible signal sounds turn the food over
and shield again.
• After defrosting, let the food stand, wrapped in
aluminium foil for 10-30 minutes, until thoroughly
defrosted.
Easy Defrost Poultry
Quantity:
0,9 - 2,0 kg
Utensils:
(see note below)
Units per press:
100 g,
Initial food Temp: -18o C, Frozen.
Procedure:
• Position a plate up side down on the turntable and
place the poultry on it.
• When audible signal sounds, turn over. Shield the
defrosted parts with aluminium foil if necessary.
• When audible signal sounds, turn over and shield
again.
• After defrosting, let the food stand, wrapped in
aluminium foil for 30-90 minutes, until thoroughly
defrosted.
NOTE:
1 Steaks, Chops, Fish fillets and Chicken legs should be frozen in one layer.
2 For shielding the defrosted parts, use small, flat pieces of aluminium foil.
3 The poultry should be cooked immediately after defrosting.
4 Arrange the food in the oven as shown below:
