Date and Time Defines date and time (24-hour format) in the system.
IDE Settings Specifies the hard disk type built in the notebook. Use as it is in
normal use.
Fast Boot Turns on/off the memory check on boot time. You can shorten the boot
time by skipping the memory check.
Boot Sequence Specifies where the boot program looks for operating system files.
When you select A: then C:, for example, the system checks the floppy disk drive
first, and if no system disk is found in the drive, the system boots from the hard disk
drive.
Key Click Turns on/off the sound when you press a key.
Display Mode Specifies on which display the screen appears when the system
starts. The default value
in which a CRT monitor gets the priority. If the
CRT monitor is not connected to the notebook, the LCD screen works when the
system starts.
TV Mode Specifies the mode of the video output jack: NTSC or PAL. Use as it is in
normal use.
