4. Clean the sealing surfaces at the stator shoulder, terminal box lower part and ter-
minal box cover.
5. Check the gaskets [111] and [131] for damages.
6. Replace any damaged seals.
7. Loosen any cables that have already been connected to the terminal board.

Electric shock due to damaged cables. Severe or fatal injuries.
When installing the terminal box lower part or the terminal board, make sure the
cables are not crushed or twisted. Do not use sharp or pointed objects to align the
cables.
Turn the terminal box to the required position.
9. Make sure that the gasket is positioned correctly [111].
10. Attach the terminal box lower part.
11. Place the washers under the screws [119] and tighten the screws [119] of the
lower part of the terminal box with the respective tightening torque.
12. Secure terminal [b] with screws [629]/[632].
13. Reconnect any removed cables according to the following table.

White
Brown
Black
Red
Blue
W2/T4
U2/T5
V2/T6
U1/T1
V1/T2
W1/T3
14. Tighten the nuts of the terminal studs with the respective tightening torque.
15. Make sure that the gasket is positioned correctly [131].
16. Attach the terminal box cover to the terminal box lower part.
17. Place the washers under the screws [123] and tighten the screws [123] of the ter-
minal box cover with the respective tightening torque.
18. To make sure that the cables have not been damaged, perform an insulation test
after reassembly, see chapter
