If the same command is issued again at a later stage,
rsync
will only transfer the
deltas with respect to the files already present on the local machine, significantly
reducing the number of bytes sent compared to retransmitting the entire files.
User authentication can be done by entering a password, or using an ssh public key,
as defined with the
command.
By default,
rsync
is enabled for anonymous users. This can be changed with the
command.

Internal logging is disabled on a disk that is unmounted. To resume logging by
the receiver, the internal disk must be mounted again using the command:
