This block contains the position and velocity of all the satellites used in the PVT solution,
together with slant ionospheric and tropospheric delays. Coordinates are referred to the
time of signal transmission computed by the receiver and are corrected for the Sagnac effect.
The reference frame the coordinates are related to is the one specified in the respec-
tive ICDs (WGS84 for GPS satellites, GTRF for Galileo satellites, PZ90 for GLONASS satellites,
etc).
