12.7 Contacting the Vendor for Service
When returning the system to the Vendor, have the following information available:
1)
GPR sensor Serial Number displayed at the top of the
System Settings Screen
.
2)
A brief description of when the error is happening and the operating conditions
(temperature, humidity, sunshine, system settings, etc.).
3)
Include photos and/or videos to document the occurrence of error messages.
3)
APP.LOG file
– this is downloaded to your computer during data export
