Contacting the Vendor for Service
When returning the system to the Vendor, have the following information available:

A brief description of when the error is happening and the operating conditions.

A screenshot of the System Information page (
3)
Include photos and/or videos to document the occurrence of error messages.
4)
APP.LOG file
