Layout and function
The device has the following operating buttons and connection sockets:
Element Description
Volume buttons
For adjusting the headphone volume in 32 levels
Left button
K Volume down
Right button K Volume up
Button A/B with indicator lights
For selecting which Power transmitter is played back over the connected
headphones. Repeatedly pressing the button toggles between the following
options:
•
Only Power transmitter A is played back (LED “A” is on)
•
Only Power transmitter B is played back (LED “B” is on)
•
Both Power transmitters are played back (both LEDs are on)
Headphones
Connection socket for the supplied headphones
Antenna 1 (digital radio) with indicator light
Connection socket for the included short antenna.
Used for transferring configuration and measured data for
offline measurements.
The LED below the socket goes on when the radio is active.
Antenna 2 (analogue radio) with indicator lights
Connection socket for the included long antenna.
Used for transferring audio data for online measurements.
The LEDs below the socket indicate the Power transmitter to which radio
contact is currently established.
USB
Connection socket for the USB data cable to the computer
