OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – DOUBLE PUMPER

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
After starting the engine:
1. Turn on the burner with power on-off switch located on the front
of the digital temperature controller. The digital controllers
monitor the heat transfer oil temperature, and the material
temperature, along with the heated hoses.
2. Turn on the hose enable/disable switch(s) . The controller will
cycle the burner off and on as the temperature of the heat
transfer oil increases and decreases. The heat from the transfer oil
will be absorbed by the material in the tank.
3. Once interlock lights turn on , then turn on the manual agitator
control valve.
