The Plastic Feed and Cut operating arm is located on backside of machine just above the vacuum pump
assembly.
Timing marks are located on the top of rectangular block and the frame of the machine.
Step: 1. Align mark on rectangular block with mark on frame of machine.
Step: 2. To keep block from moving while the chains are removed, secure with metal straight edge to left of
block and clamp straight edge to frame of machine. (See Fig. 4-17. )
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMOVE THE
FILE AND BLOCK AFTER THE CHAINS
ARE RECONNECTED BEFORE
RUNNING OR JOGGING THE MACHINE.
FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN
MACHINE DAMAGE AS WELL
PERSONAL INJURY.
