 WARNING

Only carry out work on linear motor drives while the machine is
switched off.

Maintenance of guide and secondary part

Guide strips

2

Secondary part

Weekly maintenance (depending on degree of contamination)

Ø

Rub the guide strips with a cloth soaked in oil (only use
GAS301478 oil).

Every 2 to 4 weeks

Ø

Clean the secondary part (2) with a lint-free cloth.

7.14 Checks

• Regularly check all electrical connections for firm seating.
• Regularly check cable for damage. Shut down the automated

system in the event of defects and replace the cables.
