7.6 Guided slide – Changing the support rollers on the eccentric
side
Support roller change on eccentric side
Uninstalling the
support rollers Ø
Remove the 2 roller covers (1).
Ø
Unscrew the 8 pressure pins (2).
Ø
Pull out the 4 eccentric shafts (3) using the extracting tool (4).
Ø
Remove the 4 support rollers (5).
Installing the support
rollers Ø
Fit the 5 support rollers (4).
Ø
Turn to fit the 4 eccentric shafts (3) into place.
Ø
Turn the eccentric shaft (3) using a hexagon socket wrench until
you can no longer turn the support roller (5) by hand.

Ø
Screw in the 8 new pressure pins (2) – tightening torque of 2 Nm.
Ø
Fit the 2 roller covers (1).
