Removing/attaching the cover –
type C195 X/
Requirements

The pole packs are disassembled, see section

The pole plates are removed, see section

The contact unit is disassembled, see section

Disassembly

Remove the cover (7) upwards from the contact
unit (2).

Place the cover (7) on the contact unit (2).

Disassembly

Remove the connecting plate (12) from the con-
tact unit (2).

Assembly

For easier assembly, first remove the contact
bridge unit (5) from the contact unit (2). See sec-
tion
“Disassembling/assembling the contact
bridge unit – type C195 X/” on page 39.

Insert the connecting plate (12) into the cover (7).
X
Insert the contact bridge unit (5) into the cover (7).
-
Make sure that the sealing ring (13) and the con-
tact pressure spring (14) are in place and cor-
rectly positioned.

Grasp the auxiliary switch actuator (6) and hold it
firmly so that the position of the connection plate
(12) can no longer change.
