Step 12

Install final limit switches

Install the upper and lower final limit switches.

Procedure

1

Install the upper and lower limit switch assemblies on 
the upper rail tube at the top and bottom end of the rail.

Install final limit switches

2

You will adjust the position of each final limit switch 
assembly by moving the screw in the bottom slot of the 
switch assembly.

3

Adjust the final limit switch assembly and the 
mechanical limit block together. Adjust the mechanical 
limit block so it is properly aligned with the sensor on 
the cover of the upper carriage.
