Note:
The user related changes which have been made in the module by means of the LCD
keypad will be automatically sent out to other modules, if they are connected by
means of the RS-485 bus.
6.2.2 Editing a user by means of ACCO-SOFT-LT program
In order to modify the user parameters, open the U
SERS
window and select from the list the
user whose data are to be changed. To make easier finding the user in the list, the program
provides the F
IND
function. Owing to this function, it is possible to find the user based on the
name (or part of the name), ID number, account number, module where it is saved, or
proximity card (the card code must be read by the reader).
Having entered changes in the user settings, save them to the module(s) by clicking on the
S
AVE
button. Only saving the changes to the module(s) will end the user editing procedure.
Note:
If the user(s) is simultaneously edited by means of the ACCO-SOFT-LT program in the
given module and from the level of LCD keypad connected to that controller, then,
selecting in the program:

message will display in the U

SAVING
window.
The changes entered by means of the program will have priority,
while those entered by means of the keypad will be disregarded by the program.

In such a case you should stop entering changes by means of the
keypad.
6.3 Removing users
6.3.1 Removing a user by means of LCD keypad
The user may be removed by means of the R
