Section 3A: Sprint PCS Service Features – The Basics
Making a Three-Way Call
With Three-Way Calling, you can talk to two people at the
same time. When using this feature, the normal airtime rates
will be charged for each of the two calls.
To make a Three-Way Call:
1.
Enter a number you wish to call and press
T
or
S
.
2.
Once you have established the connection, press
T
.
(This puts the first caller on hold.)
3.
Dial the second number you wish to call and press
T
.
4.
When you’re connected to the second party, press
T
again to begin your three-way call.
If one of the people you called hangs up during your call, you
and the remaining caller stay connected. If you initiated the
call and are the first to hang up, all three callers are
disconnected.
Tip:
You can also begin a Three-Way Call by displaying a phone number
stored in your Contacts, Call History, or Messaging. To display the options,
press
Options
(right softkey) during step 3 above.
Tip:
Call Waiting and Three-Way Calling may not be available while roaming
off the nationwide Sprint PCS network.
