Set fan controller to 75% and “FWD”

Does the fan spin?

Is the LED light

blinking?

Can the speed vary from

0-100% properly?

Switch the fan to

“REV”. Allow it to ramp

down and back up.

Does it spin in reverse?

Yes

Check incoming power supply

and compare to fan rating label.

Please note all delta power

configurations are incompatible with

S&P fans

Is the input voltage correct?

Fix incorrect

wiring.

Is the fan making any

noise?

End of troubleshooting.
