Using Phonebook
Phonebook enables you to store names, addresses,
phone numbers, and other information about your
personal or business contacts. Use Phonebook to do the
following:
• Enter names, addresses, phone numbers, and other
information
• Enter up to five phone numbers (home, work, mobile,
fax, and so on) or e-mail addresses for each name
• Define which phone number appears in the Phonebook
list for each Phonebook entry
• Assign Phonebook entries to categories so that you can
beam to other devices using the infrared (IR) port and an
application that can read the data
To open Phonebook:
You can choose the following options:
• Press the Phonebook application button (
).
Note:
Press the Phonebook application button repeatedly to cycle
through the categories in which you have records.
• On the Application Launcher, tap the
PhoneBook
icon
(
).
• On the Phone screen, tap
PhoneMenu
and select
Phonebook
.
Phonebook opens to display the list of all your records.
