You first need to set your PDA phone to receive
broadcast messages and select or add the channels
from which you want to receive broadcast messages.
To activate and configure the channel list:
1. Tap
Broadcast
from the Setup screen of the Messaging
application.
2. Tap the Menu icon (
) to open the drop-down menu
list.
3. Tap
Option
and then
Channel
.
4. Select
ON
from the
Receive
pick list.
5. To add a new channel, tap
New
. Enter a channel ID and
number and tap
OK
.
Repeat this step to add more channels.
6. Tap the check box next to the channel you want in order
to place or remove a check mark.
7. When you finish, tap
Done
.
Note:
To move to langage setting menu, tap
Option
and
Language
on the drop-down menu.
