Description
Drain pump
Preparation:
• Remove the Assy cover base.
- Refer to the “Assy cover base” disassembly
section to separate Assy cover base until step 2.
1. Disconnect the wire connector.
2.
Push the locking hook like the red box.
3. Turn the Drain pump completely to the direction of
red arrow.
4. Drag the Drain pump to the direction of yellow arrow.
Motor geared
(Vane motor)
Preparation :
• Remove the case gear.
- Refer to the “Case gear etc” disassembly section
to separate Assy cover base until step 3.
• Remove the Assy cover base.
- Refer to the “Assy cover base” disassembly
section to separate Assy cover base until step 2.
1. Remove one screws through the window of Assy
cover base.
2.
Remove one screws through the hole of base which
was under the cover gear.
3. Disconnect the wire connector.
4. Pull the motor geared out.
Sensor-vane
Preparation :
• Remove the Assy cover base.
- Refer to the “Assy cover base” disassembly section
to separate Assy cover base until step 2.
1. By releasing the hook, disassemble the sensor.
