Intended use
Griddle plate
‒ The appliance must only be used for the preparation of foodstuffs! For everything fried quickly,
e. g. steaks, escalopes, fillets, fish, pancakes, mushroom ragouts etc.
Roaster
‒ The appliance must only be used for the preparation of foodstuffs! For example, to start soups,
sauces, ragout, goulash and for all quick-fried foods such as steak, escalopes, fillets, fish, pan
cakes, mushroom ragout.
● The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated

by instructed trained personnel,

with collecting container/Gastronorm container,

if the appliance is supervised,

for the purpose designated in the operating instructions.
● Any other or extended use is considered as non-intended use.
● The user alone is responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the intended use.
● Each misuse of the appliance results in the guarantee, warranty and general liability of the manu
facturer becoming invalid.
● It is forbidden to modify the appliance.
