FLIGHT COMPARTMENT DOOR
Rounded knob
Used to engage the pintle latch lever.
Blowout panel
In case of a rapid decompression,
the door has a pressure equalization
panel (blowout panel) to equalize the
pressure between the passenger
compartment and the cockpit.
Door stop
Prevents the door
from beeing opened
inwards.
Door jamb
Latch lever
Used to latch the door in locked
position.
