Configure the AES67 Sender through NMOS

Next, configure the AES67 Sender through NMOS. 

Disabling an AES67 Receiver or Sender session through NMOS will set its IP and port to 0 in DashBoard. If the 

NWE-IP is restarted, all sessions that were disabled must be configured for the system to function correctly 

again.
