4. To test whether the connection is working, click Echo.
5. If the test passes, click Apply Changes.
If the test fails, repeat step 3 until the Echo test passes.
Deleting an entity by AE title
To modify entities, you must have the Web Admin access level.
If an application entity no longer has to communicate with the DICOM Appliance, you can
remove it using the Administration Tools.
To delete an entity by AE title
1. In the Administration Tools, click AE Management.
2. In the AE Management console, in the row of the AE title to delete, click Delete.
3. Click OK.
The entity is deleted.
Testing the connection to an AE title
Perform a DICOM echo test to check whether the connection to an entity is working.
To test the connection to an AE title
1. In the Administration Tools, click AE Management.
2. In the AE Management console, in the row of the AE title row to test, click Echo.
A message box appears stating whether or not the echo test was successful.
