Operation Instruction
1. Assembly mudguard/pedal axle : (Fig 1)
a. Remove the screw from the connector, and take out the washer and
the snap pin from pedal axle (standby).
b. As shown along the arrow A, fit the mudguard L/R to the front fork
tube L/R, then insert the connector into the front fork tube L/R.
c. Fasten the front fork tube and the connector with screw M2*21(torque
3N.m).
d. Slide the mudguard down to the position shown.
2. Assembly front wheel (Fig 2)
a. Insert the washer, front wheel (L/R) (Note: put transparent wheel trim
inward) and another washer onto the pedal axle in order. Lock the snap
pin into the hole (use other tools). Afterwards fix the wheel trim on the
wheel.
3. Assembly the seat: (Fig 3)
a. Loosen the screw and nut from bolt (standby).
b. Along the direction of arrow B, align the two holes on the seat with the
hole on fixed seat plate. (Suitable for 30 months children), and tighten it
with square neck bolt M6*15 and locknut M6 (torque 6N.m).
c. The seat is suitable for children around 5 years old when moving
backward (refer to Step a and b).
4. Assembly front and rear frame: (Fig 4)
a. Insert the rear frame assembly into the front frame along the direction
of arrow C.
5. Assemble the handle bar: (Fig 5)
a. Screw out the large washer, spring washer and M6*17 machine screw from
the handle bar (standby).
b. Insert the steering tube into the front and rear frames in the direction of
arrow G. Ensure the steering tube in right place.
c. Then lock the handle bar with a large washer, spring washer and M6*17
screw.
This model has the cycling function and also has the drift function while
achieving a certain speed.
