All water components must be assembled by certified and

properly trained personnel, as well as any other accessories

included in the package or other equipment additional /

external present in this manual. Do not leave that others

assemble or modify the installation.

Boiler

As a safety precaution, do not remove the panel front or side

of the boiler while it is in function. The warranty of the device

automatically expires if any previous attempts at open the

panels.
Only authorized RINNAI technicians can carry out such

operations.

•

Both technical staff and private users must not insert any

part of the body into the filler suction (shown below).

•

Do not obstruct the entrance to the Venturi tube with small

objects.

•

Make sure that no small objects, such as shells, gaskets or

pieces of plastic are left behind the boiler assembly before

closing the panels front and side (during assembly).

Heat exchanger

Your device is equipped with a heat exchanger, highly

performing in mixing the right ratio of gas / air and maintain

the right combustion values   for a optimal operation. The

exchanger burner (ISOTHERMIC for aiM 65, and DUO for aiM

85, 115, 150) involves the use of bluejet® technology.
The most obvious advantages of this exchanger are:

•

Systematic flame stabilization,

•

regulation of inlet pressure fluctuations from gas pipeline

and use of fuel gas in the more effective way;

•

• Strong cooling of the combustion gases it generates

•

condenses and allows to obtain a high yield.

Fig.A: AiM 65 heat exchanger (Isothermic)

Fig.B: AiM 85, 115, 150 heat exchanger (Sermeta DUO)

Periodic maintenance of your boiler must be carried out

annually. Do not forget to perform it by contacting i RINNAI

Technical Assistance Centers. One of the most important

aspects of boiler maintenance is keeping clean the passages

of the heat exchanger. It is recommended to use

Sentinel brand cleaning products for a long and efficient life

of your boiler. The table below lists these products with their

corresponding benefits.
