5.3 ADJUSTING THE AIR KNIFE MOTOR SAFETY SWITCH
Parpose: To ensure that the safety switch turns on and stops the air knife
motor when the master eject unit is opened.
Adjustment Standard: 0.1 to 0.7 mm
1. Open the front door, then remove the right front cover and inner cover.
2. Confirm that the safety switch [A] turns off when you open the master
eject unit.
3. Confirm that the distance between the safety switch and the actuator is
0.1
∼
0.7 mm when the master eject unit is closed.
4. If not, loosen the screw [B] and adjust the position of the switch [A].
5. After adjusting, tighten the screw [B] and check the function of the safety
switch.
