Writes to flash ROM the common proof for validating the device for
@Remote specifications.
Note:

These SP settings are required to connect @Remote or must also be
set after the board is replaced.

validation, so at least SP5870 003 must be enabled.
5870 001 Writing Writes the authentication data (used for NRS) in the memory.
