Entering Characters

This section describes how to enter text on the screens of the functions such as copier or fax or on the
Setting screen.
The cursor appears if you tap the text field. If you tap the text field again after the cursor appears, the
keyboard appears.

Character Entry Display

This section explains the entry screen and the keys displayed on it.

3. Deletes the character to the left of the cursor.

8. Enters a space.

9. You can switch the input method from the menu displayed pressing this key. Press to enter numbers,

symbols, and some special characters.
