Are the scanner drive belts correctly installed?
Yes
No
Reinstall them correctly or replace the defective parts.
Does the voltage at CN103-2 through 5 on the main board stay at 24 volts
when the
key is pressed?
24 volts
Not always 24 volts
Replace the scanner motor or check the scanner operation.
Replace the main board.
