II.1 TRANSPORT
INS TRUCTIONS
II.1.1 PACKAGING AND COMPONENTS
DANGER !
DO NOT OPEN OR T AMPER W ITH THE
PACKAGING UNTIL THE TIME OF INST ALLATI ON.
The units must onl y be moved and lifted b y
speci ali sed p ersonnel who are trained to do so.
Upon deli ver y, c hec k that t he unit has not been damaged during
transport and that it is c omplet e with all its parts.
If there is visible damage, immediat el y t ake not e of t he damage and
write t his on t he tr ansport document toget her with the following
statement: “ACCEPTED WITH RESER VATIONS BECAUSE OF
EVIDENT DAMAG E TO THE PACKAGING”, st ating the s erial number if
there are s everal mac hines , sinc e ex- wor ks deli ver y implies entitlement
to compens ation under the t erms of t he i nsurance, in acc ordance wit h
the provisions of applicabl e Laws .
To remove the packaging, follo w these instructions:

Chec k f or visibl e damage;
•
Open
the
pac kaging;
•
Verify that t he envelope c ont aining t he use and maintenanc e manual
is present;
•
Dispose of t he pac kaging mat erial in accordanc e with c urrent
legislation, at t he appropriat e wast e rec epti on or rec ycling site.
SAFEGUARD THE EN VIRONMENT !
Dispose of the p ackaging m ateri als in compl iance
with the n ational or local l egisl ation appli cabl e in
your countr y.

Do not leave the packaging within r each of childr en.
II.1.2
HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
DANGER !
Movement of the unit must be performed with care,
in order to avoid dam age to the extern al structure
and to the internal mechanical and el ectri cal
components.
Also make sure that ther e are no obst acl es or
people blocking the route, to avoid the danger of
collisions, crushing or tipping over of the lifting
device. Al ways use the p ersonal protective
equipment.
All the operations listed below must be carried out in accordanc e with
current healt h and saf et y regul ations , with reference to t he equipment
used as well as t he procedures followed. Bef ore c ommencing handling
operations , ensure that t he lifti ng device has the required capacit y f or
the unit i n questi on.
The units c an be moved or lifted by hand or by means of a suitable
truck. If the unit weighs more than 30 kg and is to be handl ed manually,
this must be c arried out by t wo persons: however, it is recommended t o
use a truc k. If s everal units need to be moved at the same time, it is
advisable t o put t he machines in a c ont ainer and lift t hem by means of a
forklift truc k or similar means.
II.1.3 STORAGE
CONDI TIONS
Pac kaged units can be st ored by s tac king a maximum of four on top of
each ot her and must be s tored in a dr y area.
II.1.4 CLEARANCES AND POSITIONING
IMPORTANT !
Incorrect positioning or in stall ation of the unit can
amplif y noi se level s and vibrations gener ated
during operation.

Do not
place t he unit cl ose t o heat sources:
Avoid
environments wit h oil vapours.
Do not use
a c ondens at e drai n pi pe t o t he ci vil dr ains/sewer wit hout a
siphon. The height of t he si phon must be acc ording to the wat er head,
which allows t he c ondensat e t o evacuate correctl y.
