A-FRAME ASSEMBLY - LIFT TYPE
1. Attach the Rear A-Frame Links (3 & 4) to the deck using 1” x 6” Hex Bolts (21) and 1” Toplock Nut (16) as
shown.
2. Attach A0Frame Link Arms (8) as shown to the Rear A-Frame Links (3 & 4) using two 5/8” x 3” Hex Bolts
(19) and 5/8” Spiralock Flange Nuts (20).
3. Attach Floating Link (6) to the Link Arms (8) by inserting two 5/8” x 3” Hex Bolts (19) through one of the
Arms (8), the Spacer Bushing (7), the Floating Link (6) and the other Link Arm (8). Secure by installing two
5/8” Spiralock Flange Nuts (20) as shown.
4. Install the A-Frame (left hand and right hand) Legs (1 & 2) to the cutter deck by placing a 1” x 2-1/2” Hex
Bolt (22) through the pivot hole on the A-Frame Leg (1 & 2) and the inner hitch ears of the cutter deck as
shown, Secure with a 1” Toplock Nut (16).
5. Connect the A-Frame Legs (1 & 2) with a 1” x 5” Hex Bolt (15) passing though the upper hole of the Legs
and the Bushing (14) as shown. Secure with a 1” Toplock Nut (16).
6. Connect the Floating Link (6) to the front A-Frame Legs (1 & 2) by inserting a 3/4” x 4-1/2” Jex Bolt (17)
through the A-Frame Legs with the 7/8” I.D. Bushing (7) between the legs, and secure with a 3/4” Spiralock
Flange Nut (18).
7. Install Driveline Holder (9) with a 1/2” x 1-1/2” Hex Bolt (12) and a 1/2” Locking Flange Nut (13) as shown.
NOTE: All Hardware must be torqued to appropriate specification at the end of the assembly
The Components of these machines are quite heavy. Block all components up securely
before working under or putting extremities under such parts.
