This function programmes the time for the daily automatic cleaning cycle. It is advisable to 
programme an automatic cleaning at the beginning of the day. The automatic cleaning is 
completed with the injection a quantity of water equal to about 100 ml in the coffee group (if 
present) and in all the mixing bowls. In the versions 

E

 the automatic cleaning cycle of the coffee 

group can be followed by the vending of 1 or 2 coffees in order to have the correct taste of coffee 
immediately with the first sale after the cleaning cycle. For further information on how to 
programme this option at the paragraph “Modifying other operation parameters (Miscellaneous)”.
