appropriate product documentation at hand. Please be prepared to give the
following information (as applicable):

The type of product that you are using.
•
The type of hardware that you are using, including all serial numbers.
•
The version of software that you are using.
•
The machine tool and machine controller type.
•
An account of what happened and what you were doing when the
problem occurred.
•
An account of how you tried to solve the problem.
