PREFACE
Readers
This manual is intended for hardware/software application system designers who wish
to understand and use the UART interface functions of EMMA Mobile1 (EM1), a
multimedia processor for mobile applications.
Purpose
This manual is intended to explain to users the hardware and software functions of
the UART interface of EM1, and be used as a reference material for developing
