Inspection
Visually inspect for fuel leaks. Tighten if
necessary.
If a fuel leak is
detected, shutdown
water heater
immediately.
Ensure all damaged
parts are replaced
and all mechanical
problems are
corrected before
restarting.

assistance.
Water Leak
Inspection
Visually inspect for water leaks. Tighten if
necessary.
If water leak is
detected, promptly
eliminate any leaks
by applying thread
sealant to the
threads and
reinstall or by
removing and
replacing suspected
parts.

Hose
Inspection
Visually inspect hoses for kinks, cuts, or
leaks.
If damaged or leak
is detected, replace
hose or tighten if
necessary before
restarting water
heater.
