3. Intended Use
This product is an electrically powered model helicopter, which is wirelessly controlled with the remote control unit
included in the delivery. The model is designed for operation indoors but may also be used outdoors at totally calm
conditions. The model helicopter is pre-assembled and ready to fly and is delivered with built-in remote control and
drive components.
The product must not become damp or wet.
The product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Observe all safety information in these operating instructions. They contain important information on hand-
ling of the product.
You are solely responsible for safe operation of the model!
4. Product Description
The ready-to-fly mini helicopter has a rotor head in which the angle of attack of the two main rotor blades can be
adjusted positively and negatively. In connection with the switchable flight conditions and the individually adjustable
throttle curve, this model helicopter can be used for aerobatics without limitation. The helicopter is lifted and lowered
by a shared (collective) change to the angle of attack of both main rotor blades.
The swash plate with linkage points offset by 120° each is controlled via three micro servos. Targeted yaw and tilting
of the swash plate permits continually recurring, direction-dependent (cyclic) blade adjustment that permits flying into
a specific direction.
Stabilisation around the vertical axis is handled by a tail rotor which is powered by a separate electric motor. Steering
around the yaw axis is achieved by means of different revolutions of the electric motor.
A central electronics PCB below the canopy contains all components that are required for control, steering and stabili-
sation of the helicopter. The enclosed 2.4 GHz radio remote control system can be individually programmed according
to the ideas of the user and permits precise control of the model.
For operation, 4 mignon batteries (e.g. Conrad item no.: 652506, order 4x) are required.
Caution, important!
Operation of the model helicopter and programming of the transmitter require well-founded knowledge in
handling of remote-controlled model helicopters. For this reason, the model is suitable for experienced
model helicopter pilots, and not for beginners!
