l) Timer „TIMER“
The remote control offers the option of starting a timer at the push of a button. The timer time is displayed and during
the last 30 seconds before the end of the set time, the remote control emits acoustic warning sounds. Thus, the flight
time of an electric model can be used perfectly without discharging the rechargeable battery too deeply by linger flight
times and thus damaging it.
Proceed as follows to set the timer:
• Call the function settings menu.
• Select the menu item „TIMER ADJ“ with the buttons „UP“ or
„DOWN“.
• Activate the menu item with the button „SELECT“.
The display shows the timer time and the last timer function
set.
The display „INH“ represents a deactivated timer. The dis-
play „UP-T“ represents a timer counting up and the display
„DOWN-T“ represents a timer counting down.
• Push the button „SELECT“ to select the timer function „INH“,
„UP-T“ or „DOWN-T“.
• Pushing the buttons „INC (+)“ or „DEC (-)“ permits setting
the desired timer time in minutes and seconds or setting the
value to „10:00“ with the button „CLEAR“.
• The setting is saved automatically.
• Push the buttons „UP“ and „DOWN“ at the same time to re
-
turn to the overview of the function setting menu.
For an active timer counting downwards, the set timer
time is displayed.
For a timer counting upwards, the display 00:00 is
shown (see figure 5, item 6).
The button „INC (+)“ starts the timer or stops the run -
ning timer again.
