STEAM Program
The program is recommended for steaming meat, fish, and vegetables.
Default time depends on the type of selected product (meat — 15 minutes,
fish — 12 minutes, vegetables — 10 minutes). It can be adjusted from 5
minutes to 2 hours in 5 minute intervals.
Use the steam tray provided to steam food:
• Fill the bowl with 1 ¼ - 1 ½ cups (300-350 ml) of water.
• Measure ingredients according to the recipe and evenly distribute them
inside the steam tray. Place the trivet and the steam tray inside the bowl.
• Position the bowl inside the device and slightly rotate it from side to
side to make sure that it makes full contact with the heating element.
• Follow steps given in “Standard Operating Procedure”.
PILAF Program
The program is recommended for cooking different rice pilafs. Default
time is 25 minutes. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 2 hours in 5
minute intervals. Do not fill the cooker with food and liquid past the 8
cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
Cooking under Normal Pressure (multicooker mode – the steam
release valve open)
SAUTE Program
The program is recommended for sauteing meat, fish, and vegetables.
Default time depends on the type of selected product (meat — 20 minutes,
fish — 13 minutes, vegetables — 15 minutes). It can be adjusted from 5
minutes to 2 hours in 1 minute intervals. Saute with the open lid unless
otherwise stated in the recipe. TIME DELAY is not applicable for the program.
Remove the lid when sauteing foods!
If you have accidentally closed
and locked the lid causing the activation of the lid locking mechanism,
disabling you to control and monitor the process, interrupt cooking.
Ensure that the steam release valve is open, wait for the device to
cool down, open the lid, and resume cooking.
CAUTION! The SAUTE program temperature is extremely high! Wait
for the device to cool down thoroughly before restarting the program.
BREAD Program
The program is recommended for baking different types of bread. Default time is 3
hours. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 6 hours in 5 minute intervals. Do not
fill the cooker with food and liquid above the 4 cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
YOGURT Program
Make healthy and delicious yogurt at home. Default time is 8 hours. It
can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 12 hours in 5 minute intervals. KEEP
WARM mode is not applicable for the program. Do not fill the cooker with
food and liquid above the 6 cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
RICE Program
The program is recommended for cooking rice and other grains. Default
time is 25 minutes. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 4 hours in 1
minute intervals. Do not fill the cooker with food and liquid above the 8
cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
OATMEAL Program
The program is recommended for cooking oatmeal, different porridges
with milk. Default time is 25 minutes. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes
to 1.5 hours in 5 minute intervals. Do not fill the cooker with food and
liquid above the 6 cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
The program is recommended for using pasteurized low-fat milk. For best
results, and in order to prevent milk from boiling away, we recommend
you do the following:
• rinse whole grain thoroughly until water runs clear
• grease the sides of the bowl with butter
• follow proportions suggested in the recipe book. Increase or reduce
the amount of ingredients proportionately
• using whole milk dilute it by half with water.
BAKE Program
The program is recommended for baking cakes, pies, puddings, puff pas-
try, and yeast dough. Default time is 45 minutes. It can be adjusted from
10 minutes to 8 hours in 5 minute intervals.
Do not fill the cooker with food and liquid above the 4 cups mark on the
inside of the bowl.
