hold down the “+” and “—” buttons simultaneously before the countdown
is completed. If you do not want the device to save your adjustments,
press CANCEL/REHEAT.
After the program is saved, depending on the current settings the appliance
either enters KEEP WARM (the CANCEL/REHEAT button indicator lights
up, timer counts KEEP WARM time) or standby.
KEEP WARM in the adjusted program will be enabled/disabled depending
on whether it was enabled/disabled at the end of the cooking cycle. If
the temperature at the end of the cycle was below 170°F (75°C), KEEP
WARM will be automatically disabled the next time you run the program.
To Run a Saved Program
1. Use MENU to select the program that was previously adjusted and saved.
Instead of the default cook time the display shows «––––» sign.
2. Delay the program if necessary.
3. Press and hold down START/KEEP WARM, The START/KEEP WARM and
CANCEL/REHEAT button indicators light up. The total cook time is
displayed, the cycle begins and the program starts to count down.
4. Press and hold down the START/KEEP WARM button to disable KEEP
WARM (the CANCEL/REHEAT button indicator goes off). Repress START/
KEEP WARM to enable the function if necessary.
5. During the cycle the device in turns displays the remaining cook time
and selected temperature. When a new cooking stage (temperature)
begins, an audible signal is heard.
To Restore to Factory Settings
To delete the program and restore to factory settings, select the program
by pressing the MENU button repeatedly. Press and hold down the HOUR/
MIN and TIME DELAY buttons simultaneously until an audible signal is
heard.
To restore all programs back to their factory settings, simultaneously press
and hold down the HOUR/MIN and TIME DELAY buttons in standby mode
until an audible signal is heard.
Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs
1. Measure the ingredients according to the recipe and place them into the
removable bowl. Ensure that all ingredients, including liquid are below
the maximum fill mark on the inside of the bowl.
2. Position the bowl inside the appliance. The bowl must make full contact
with the heating element.
3. Close the lid until it clicks into place. Plug in the appliance.
4. Press the MENU button repeatedly to select the required program
(corresponding indicator is blinking on the display). Use “+” and “—” to
move through the items in the menu.
5. Press TIMER/TEMPERATURE to set the time. Display shows the default
cook time, which can be adjusted.
6. Delay the program if necessary.
7. Press and hold down the START/KEEP WARM button. The START/KEEP
WARM and CANCEL/REHEAT button indicators light up. The cycle
begins; count down starts.
8. After the cycle is complete an audible signal is heard. Depending on
your settings the device either enters KEEP WARM (timer counts KEEP
WARM time) or standby mode. Press and hold down the START/KEEP
WARM button to disable the function in advance (the CANCEL/REHEAT
button indicator goes off). Repress START/KEEP WARM to reactivate
the function if necessary.
9. To stop the cycle, to cancel the program, or to disable KEEP WARM
press and hold down the CANCEL/REHEAT button.
MULTICOOK Program
The program can be used to cook any dish with your own time and
temperature settings. You can manually set 30 temperature adjustments
from 95°F (35°C) to 360°F (180°C). Cook time can be adjusted between
2 minutes and 15 hours in 1 minute intervals (for a period of 2 minutes
up to 1 hour) and 5 minute intervals (for a period of 1 hour up to 15
hours). Default time is 30 minutes.
Follow steps 1-4 of “Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic
Programs”. Press ТIMER/TEMPERATURE to enter temperature adjustment
