Rudder and motor checks for systems with a Rudder Reference transducer
After setting the drive type, the Rudder check page
(center) is displayed, if your system has a Rudder
Reference transducer. If this is the case, carry out
the rudder and motor checks as follows:
1. Manually center the rudder.
2. Press
OK
to display the
Rudder Check
(port)
page.
3. Turn the wheel fully to port.
4. Press
OK
to display the
Rudder Check
(star-
board) page.
5. Turn the wheel fully to starboard.
6. Press OK, to display the
Rudder Check
page
(center) again.
7. Press
OK
to display the
Rudder Check Task
Complete
page.
