•
Always fully charge your units via USB before deployment. A full charge will be
somewhere near 4.1V.
•
If the rechargeable battery is 100% drained it will take approximately 5 hours of
full sun to charge enough to begin acquiring fixes again.
•
This product does require sun to function properly. There may be gaps in your
data where your GPS did not attempt any fixes. This is likely due to the poor sun
conditions.
•
When testing rechargeable units, please do not do anything that may help to raise
the natural temperature of the units when in the environment. Placing the units in
a hot car, on metal, in plastic bags, etc, may cause the units to overheat. Once a
rechargeable battery gets to be above 60° C, major problems may arise and your
units may no longer be functional.

2.
From the

indicating that the file is being uploaded. This only takes about 1 second.
3.
From the unit pull down menu click download. This sends the programming back
from the unit onto your screen so that you can ensure that the program uploaded is
as you intended. What you see on the screen now is the file in your unit.

All products
One of the most important steps in the programming process is setting the time. If you
intend to program the GPS unit now but leave it turned off (by magnet) for some time
then do not set the time now. Removing the magnet erases the clock setting.
Follow these steps to set the time:
1.
Navigate to the settings page. In the Collar
options section click set. This sets the time
in your GPS data logger. If your unit has
its magnet in place, the time will not saved.
Therefore it is important to always do this
step after removing the magnet from the
