146 Menus at Your SIP System Telephone
– Dial : You call the caller back. If there are multiple trunk keys
configured on your telephone (please refer to the chapter
Making External/Internal Calls on page 107), upon callback,
the trunk key is automatically seized with which you originally
received the call.
– Forward : You can forward the message to another voicebox.
Enter the call number of the other voicebox under Dest.:
(Destination).
– Delete all : The list is deleted after a confirmation prompt.
Recordings : You will only see this menu entry if the system adminis-
trator has enabled the function “Call recording” for you (also see
chapter
Call Recording on page 129). You can view and modify a
list of recordings (calls and audio conferences).
Operation at the Forum IPhone 5010 / Forum IPhone 5020:
Select a recording from the list.
– You can listen to the recording by picking up the handset or by
pressing the / key. You can use the number keys to
control message playback: 4 (rewind), 5 (pause) and 6 (fast
forward).
– Use the key to browse through and modify the entry.
– You will see duration, date, and time of the recording as
well as your internal call number used for the call. For
a call recording, the call number and name of the caller
is also displayed. For a conference recording, the name
of the conference room resp. the conference invitation
is also displayed.
– Delete : The recording is deleted.
– Dial : You can call the caller. Press the key. This menu
entry is not available, if you selected a conference
recording.
– Forward : You can forward the recording to another
subscriber. Enter the call number of the other
subscriber under
Dest.: (Destination).
– Delete all : After a confirmation prompt, you delete all
recordings from your voicebox.
