Information for the system administrator

While a call is being transferred to another internal subscriber, the caller
hears music on hold. The setting Music on hold upon call transfer in the
Configurator > Telephony > Settings menu specifies whether callers
continue to hear music on hold on recall, or whether they hear the ring
tone again.
● You can define the length of time after which a user trying to transfer a call
to
external is called back in the Configurator > Telephony > Extended >
Timer menu (setting: Recall after call transfer alert ).
● External call transfer authorisation is set in the Configurator > User
Manager > User groups menu (setting: Trunk to Trunk ).
IInternal/External Three-Party Conference
You have selected an internal or external enquiry connection (refer to
page 117 and page 118).
Note: Connecting three-party conferences is not possible.

If the participant answers, announce the conference and
Start conference
Press the programmed Menu >>> feature key and select the
Conference menu entry.
or
Press the programmed Conference feature key.
The conference is started.
End conference

Hang up.
Your own connection to the parties is separated and both
parties are connected with each other.
