Enquiry/Toggling Using the Navigation Key 
(Forum IPhone 5030)

On the Forum IPhone 5030, you can toggle between two parties on 
different trunk keys using the navigation keys: 

Transferring to Another Internal/External 
Subscriber

You may transfer a call to another internal subscriber with or without advance 
notice. To do this, you begin by initiating an enquiry connection, also refer to 
page 117 and page 118:

You are speaking with someone on the telephone. There is 
another party on hold on another trunk key of your phone.

Press the keys to switch to the desired party.

This symbol indicates that the party is currently 
on hold. 

 

Press the key to speak with the party on hold.

Press the
