Speed-Dialling
All central telephone book entries can also be selected by two-digit or three-
digit speed-dialling numbers once they have been configured. That function
requires that your user group has to have
Speed dialling authorisation
granted by your system administrator.
The two-digit speed-dialling numbers are in the range 00…99, the three-digit
are in the range 000…999. Ask your system administrator how many digits
are valid.
Selecting a speed-dialling destination

The complete list of phone book entries saved on the
communications system is displayed. The list is sorted
alphabetically and you can page to the desired entry.
Search mode if the entries are stored on an LDAP server

Enter the first few letters of the desired entry.
/ / Ok Press one of these keys to activate the phone book search.
The list of phone book entries located is displayed. All
suitable search results are listed, no matter where they are
saved.
Select telephone book entry
/ Use the navigation keys to scroll through the list.

When you pick up the handset, the entry will be dialled. If
the entry has multiple numbers, the preferred number will
be dialled.

If an entry has multiple call numbers, you may also directly
select one of them. Select
Office , Mobile or Privat e.
Confirm your selection or pick up the handset.
