• Position the doubler plates exactly over the Ø 135 mm hole, then fasten them using the
enclosed countersunk head screws after drilling the pilot holes in the wall

The fixing holes in the doubler plate are offset, so that one plate can be screwed to
another if the plates are turned 180°

After fastening the doubler plates, insert the firestop plugs (one each on the inside and
outside (see Figure 3).

Feed the cables through, then seal the openings with the silicone which is supplied with the
product.

F30 cable / pipe bulkheads: Two doubler plates plus the wall plate on
which the bulkhead is installed -> wall thickness 120 mm

F90 cable / pipe bulkheads: Three doubler plates plus the wall plate on
which the bulkhead is installed -> wall thickness 150 mm

Note that the required wall thickness also includes a layer of internal
insulation (approx. 40 mm)
