Technical service

carbon dioxide, foam or extinguishing 
steam. Do not use water to extinguish 

a fire.

LUBRICANTS

For heavily loaded parts it is recom-
mended to use lithium grease with moly-
bdenum disulphide (MOS2) or graphite 
additive. For less loaded components, it 
is recommended to use general-purpose 
machine greases that contain anti-cor-
rosive additives and are highly resistant to 
water washout. Aerosol preparations (si-
licone lubricants, anti-corrosive lubricants) 

should have similar properties.
Before using lubricants, read the infor-

mation  leaflet  for  the  selected  product. 

Particularly important are the safety rules 
and the handling of the lubricant and the 
waste disposal method (used containers, 
contaminated rags, etc.). The information 

leaflet  (product  card)  should  be  kept  to

-

gether with the grease.
